work process:

Once you have claimed your slot, you can send me a detailed email with all the information about your character. (check the "before commissioning" section.)✦Please feel free to ask any questions or provide suggestions throughout the process. I'm always happy to help and provide you with the best result I can!✦A few days after I start working on your commission, you will receive a rough sketch of your character and the overall concept of the painting. During this initial phase, almost every aspect of the illustration can be adjusted, including the pose, background etc.Once the sketch is approved, payment will be requested via PayPal, before any further work can be done.During the rendering and coloring process, you will regularly receive work-in-progress updates. If there are any corrections needed, please let me know after each WIP stage.At this stage, major changes to the pose, character, or composition may incur an additional fee.Once the illustration is complete, it will be sent to you in high resolution (300 dpi) , via email.Minor changes/touch-ups at this stage can be made if needed without any extra cost.

payment and pricing:

✦ Payment is accepted via Paypal only.
✦ Tips are always welcome and appreciated.
✦ 100% payment is required after sketch confirmation.
✦ No refunds after payment.Either side of the agreement can decide to cancel the commission up untill the payment stage.Prices might change depending on the complexity of the character and background or the requested delivery time.

✦ I retain the rights to all art that I produce.
✦ I have the right to accept or deny a commission.
✦ I have the right to use the artwork for personal promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
✦ I have the right to print and sell any of my illustrations including personal and commissioned work, unless agreed otherwise.
✦ The client is allowed to use the image for personal use only, unless stated otherwise.
✦ I have the right to record the drawing process and publish it.
✦ Changes are not available after the final image is approved.
✦ I am the owner of the artwork and have the right to make a profit from it, unless agreed otherwise.
✦ This is a digital portrait, no shipping required.

use and publication

✦ Using and selling the artwork as NFT is not allowed.
✦ The client is not allowed to make any profit using the commissioned artwork.
✦The artist must be credited when the illustration is posted online.
